Perseids 2004 - Weather situation

Biddinghuizen (the Netherlands), Britzingen (Germany), Darmanesti and Corbasca (Romania)

This photo taken of the computerscreen at Comanesti at the Internetcafe clearly shows the locations of fronts and the low south from the UK. The prediction is 48 hours in advance. Part of the Netherlands should be clear according to this prediction, the southern part of Germany and most of Romania. It turned out most observers experienced clear skies except thos located in Darmanesti who suffered from the last remnants of orographic formed clouds.
