- Team Delphinus at Biddinghuizen consisting of: Marco Langbroek, Koen Miskotte as visual observers and Robert Haas and Casper ter Kuile dealing with advanced technology photography and the image intensified videosystem.
- Team Pisces Orientalis at Varsseveld consisting of: Hans Betlem dealing with photography and the image intensified video system and Annemarie Zoete, Guus Docters van Leeuwen, Olga van Mil, Jeffrey Landlust and others as visual observers.
- Jaap van 't Leven at Bosschenhoofd as visual observer and also dealing with the photography.
- Carl Johannink, Marc de Lignie and members of the Public Observatory at Lattrop as visual- and image intensified video-observer
- Klaas Jobse at Oostkapelle as photographer
- Jos Nijland at Benningbroek operating the all-sky camera.
- Peter Bus at Groningen as radio-observer
